Lisa Loveday, Spade McQuade, and I, started First Street Live Records in February 2003.

Lisa and I are partners in life as well as the company, as we share the CEO title. Thanks for investing and believing, Lisa. Hope we make you proud.

In forming this company I did not visualize mass riches and fame, I simply wanted to build an entity that could work openly, honestly, and fairly, in concert with artists to achieve the joint goal of creating fantastic music. By this, I mean true music, not the canned template ridden pap that's formula rich and soul poor, something that wells up from deep inside and consumes you aurally.

Our goal is to become partners with artists, assisting and advising in capturing their mental concept of the music, in its pure, unadulterated state, free from unwanted thumbprints. Our hope is that in allowing the artist and their music to follow a natural evolution we will be able to unleash on the market a wave of emotional, alive music, unencumbered by corporate trappings.
